COLONIE — Shareholders of Plug Power, the Latham fuel cell manufacturer, approved the company’s directors, executive compensation and accounting firm during a virtual annual stockholders meeting held June 5.
The meeting was held virtually due to the coronavirius pandemic lockdown that has shut businesses and kept workers home since March.
Shareholders approved the election of Lucas Schneider and Jonathan Silver as directors and approved a non-binding measure that approves compensation packages to the company’s top executives. Shareholders also approved KPMG to continue as the company’s auditor.
